Return Policy

Dear Customer, in our commitment to your satisfaction and trust, we would like to clarify that exchanges or returns are available within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and complete packaging, in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.  Shipping costs are deducted or covered only in the case of exchanges or returns.  Custom-made or specially modified products are not eligible for return or exchange.
